If you agree to the pre-trial diversion program, prosecution will be withheld until you successfully comply with the terms of the pre-trial diversion. follow-up<\/li><li><i class=\"fa-li fa fa-chevron-right\"><\/i>Complete online Educational Classes<\/li><li><i class=\"fa-li fa fa-chevron-right\"><\/i>Maintain no contact with any victims<\/li><li><i class=\"fa-li fa fa-chevron-right\"><\/i>Pay restitution amount (if applicable)<\/li><li><i class=\"fa-li fa fa-chevron-right\"><\/i>Obtain a valid driver\u2019s license<\/li><li><i class=\"fa-li fa fa-chevron-right\"><\/i>Complete a designated number of Community Service hours<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>You have the right to be represented by an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided to you by the court.\u00a0<strong>If you have an attorney you must work with your attorney,\u00a0<\/strong>and they will review the specifics of your pre-trial diversion with you<strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong><u>If you have waived your right to an attorney<\/u>, you<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>must proceed to the Prosecutor\u2019s Office on the first floor and meet with Kristina Martin who will review the specific offer for your case.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>The offer from the Prosecuting Attorney must be filed with all fees prior to your next court date<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>In order to file the diversion:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The pretrial diversion agreement must be signed by the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, the Defendant,\u00a0<strong><u>and<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong>the Defendant\u2019s attorney (if applicable).\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>The\u00a0<u>signed<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>pretrial diversion agreement along with the total required fees must be paid in full to the clerk\u2019s office.<\/strong>\u00a0Fees may be paid in person with cash or money order, or fees may be paid online by using a credit card.\u00a0<strong>All credit card purchases will add a 4% surcharge to the total.<\/strong><\/li><li>Once the agreement is filed you MUST fulfill the terms of the diversion and complete required tasks.\u00a0<strong><em>If you violate any of the terms of the agreement.
